12th Grade Assistant Principal Mr. O'Connor

Class of 2018,

It is hard to believe that you have earned the title that most students look forward to: SENIORS!  These last three years have moved extremely fast and senior year will be no different.  Take the time to make memories that will last a lifetime and embrace all that senior year has to offer.

My message and goals for all of you is the same as it has been since your freshman year.

Work Hard- This is as important now as it ever has been.  Colleges, the military, and potential employers will be checking on your academic performance and attendance from your senior year, so make sure you are giving 100% effort in all your classes and you are attending class each day.

Get Involved- From Homecoming and the powderpuff football game, to the Halloween class picture and the 100 Day celebration, there will be many senior events planned for this year to celebrate the Class of 2018.  I encourage you to attend as many events as possible and solidify the positive memories you will have of high school.  It is these events and celebrations that will support our class in becoming a closer and unified group.

Treat Each Other Well- You are now the big fish in a big pond.  Take the time to get to know an underclassman and offer your assistance.  It was not too long ago that some helped you and I am so proud of the culture of service and community that has been developed at Spencerport High School.

I am very much looking forward to supporting you through your senior year.  As always, please let me know if there is anything I can do to assist you in achieving your goals.

 Go Rangers!
