Master Minds

Master Minds is an academic competition, like Jeopardy, for high school students. The questions cover a broad range: art, biology, chemistry, current events, literature, music, pop culture, religion and sports.

Meeting schedule:
The league meets once a month in Room 205 from 2:20 to 2:50 p.m. There are a few meeting students must attend to be a participant.


Agenda/Activities:
Meets are held after school with each league meeting once every few weeks. Meets are held over the course of the school year with the regular season running from approximately October to April, followed by playoffs. Each meet is designed so that each school plays two matches. Meets are held in the high schools with the location rotating between the participating schools with the actual days, starting times and places scheduled at the start of the year. Each meet consists of five to eight matches, generally beginning around 3:30 p.m. with the final match ending between 5:30 and 6:30 p.m..

For away games the bus will leave at 2:50 p.m. from the Ranger’s door.
