I. CLUB OVERVIEW:

•meeting dates: 2 Wednesdays per month

•dues - $10

II. EXPECTATIONS OF OFFICERS

Officers may only miss two meetings. If an officer cannot commit 100%, I will choose someone who can.

President & Vice-President: Write out announcements, Set-up for meetings, Purchase the food for the Club, Be at all after schoolfunctions when needed to promote Spanish Club, Orientation, Open House 5:30PM-7:00PM, Parent Conferences, Make Posters & Post them, help cook & clean up

Secretary: Write for the school newspaper, Keep attendance, Minutes for each meeting (typed), Make Posters & Post them, Distribute food and Help clean up

Treasurer: Keep record of club’s finances. Take care of purchase orders, checks and ordering materials when necessary. Make Posters & Post them. Help Distribute Food & Clean up.

Historian: Helps write for the school newspaper. Take pictures. Helps Clean up

All officers are to help make the posters, post them, clean up and discuss what are activities we should have.

III. NOMINATION OF OFFICERS

•active members may vote (active means dues have been paid)

•secret ballot

•Voting held in June
