College Application Quick Start

1. Complete your application. (We strongly recommend using the Common Application whenever possible.)

2. Log into Naviance to request your transcript.

3. Stop into the counseling office to pick up the following or download & print from files below:

       *Record Release Form must be signed by you and your parent

       *Green Tracking Form for each college to which you are applying

4. Return completed Green Tracking Form and Record Release Form to Counseling at least 10 school days prior to application deadline.

5. Log on to Naviance to check your application’s status.
