Student Schedules

  • Student schedules go live on Infinite Campus towards the end of August each summer. Building administrators will send communication on the specific date and time it will be live.

If you or your student is having trouble accessing the Infinite Campus portal at any time, please contact the tech help desk at 585-349-5106

  • The Add/Drop Deadline for the 2026-2027 School Year is June 5th 2026

In order to maintain the integrity of our academic programs, requests for schedule changes after the school year begins will only be considered under extenuating circumstances, such as:

    • An error or omission
    • Change in course recommendation
    • Successful completion of summer school course(s)
    • Review of academic interventions and recommended level changes
    • Consultation with post-secondary institutions for career readiness
    • Collaboration with outside medical providers to support wellness
  • They can certainly stop down to the counseling office and make us aware of the problem! It is often incredibly busy the first 2 weeks of school though, so their counselor may not be readily available or there may be a large amount of students waiting to be seen. The best way to deal with this issue is to send your counselor a Schoology message or email as soon as you notice the problem. You can also pop in and let the counseling clerks know the problem, and they can make an available counselor aware of the issue so it can be fixed.

  • Schedules typically go live on Infinite Campus each school year about 1 week before school starts (end of August). Once the exact date & time is confirmed, that information will be shared with families.

WeMoCo

  • Students should make their counselor aware as soon as they know they are interested in WeMoCo. They will meet with their counselor and talk about available programs, how the lottery system works, how they will complete their graduation requirements/credits around WeMoCo, and other expectations.

Please keep in mind that not every student who signs up for WeMoCo will get into the program. There are only a certain number of available spots for each school, and students are chosen via a lottery system.

  • Counselors will communicate directly with students regarding their status in the program once the WeMoCo list is made available (whether that is acceptance, or being placed on the waitlist).

As a reminder, WeMoCo only has a certain number of available spots for each school, and students are chosen via a lottery system. Anyone who does not get a spot will be added to a waitlist, and if a spot becomes available at any time it will be offered to the next student on that list.

  • WeMoCo is a half day program, so students attend the high school for part of the day, and then attend BOCES 2 the rest of the day to fulfill their WeMoCo instruction time. AM wemoco bus leaves at 7:35am and returns at 10:30am, and the PM bus leaves at 11:35am and returns at 2:45pm. Students in PM WeMoCo would get dropped off at Cosgrove and ride the late bus home, unless they are attending Athletics or other extracurriculars.

And unfortunately due to the difficulty of scheduling, many elective courses are only offered during certain block, so if your wemoco program is during that time slot you may not be able to fit those elective courses in.
