Transcript or Records Request for Previous Students

If you are a Spencerport graduate or former student, and are in need of a transcript of your high school records, please print and complete the PDF form linked below.

We can also fill records requests for the following:

  • Immunizations
  • Special Education Documents (IEPs/504s)
  • Verification Letters (proof of attendance, enrollment and/or graduation)

 

NOTE: Official Transcripts CANNOT be emailed to you. If you need an official transcript sent, it can be done in the following ways:

  1. Emailed or mailed directly to the college or organization (please include their contact info)
  2. Mailed to you in a sealed & stamped envelope. Once it is opened, it is no longer considered official.

 

Please print and complete the PDF form below, making sure to indicate what documents you need. This form can be emailed, mailed or faxed to us; our contact information is noted on the form.

These requests can take up to 5 business days to complete, and will be filled in the order they are received.

Current Student Transcripts

Any Current Students (juniors & seniors) applying to colleges will need to first make sure they review our “College Info” page for instructions.

Once the initial process has begun, students should have a signed Release of Records form on file. To request a transcript be sent to a college, they will fill out a new Green Tracking form for each college they apply to.

Counseling office clerks will send the most recent transcript we have on file. 

  • Mid-Year Transcripts are typically available in early February (will be sent for requests from February through July)
  • Final Transcripts are typically available in mid-July (after the school year ends and Regents scores have been entered)
