Verification Requests
Third Party Verification Companies or Employers seeking Proof of Graduation for job applicants should submit the following information to Spencerport:
- An Official Verification Request that includes:
- The applicant’s Full Name (as well as any other names they had when attending)
- Date of Birth (MM/DD/YYYY)
- Approximate Graduation Year
- A Signed Release from the applicant (we do accept electronic signatures)
These items should be sent via Fax or Email, we cannot verify this information verbally.
