Parking Permit Application 2025-2026.pdf
Parking applications for Juniors and Seniors are available in room 104 or can be printed from the link below throughout the school year. Please fill out the form completely with parental guardian signature and student signature and phone numbers and return it to Darlene Taft in room 104 with requested documents.
A student must have passing grades in all classes and no discipline referrals in the previous quarter. These items will be checked when an application is turned in. If a student is applying for parking for the next school year, the grades and discipline for the fourth quarter of the current year will be checked.
When turning in an application, please remember to bring a copy of the vehicle registrations that the student will be driving (you may register two vehicles) along with a copy of your driver’s license.
Towing – The Spencerport Central School District has developed a policy (#3290) for towing cars parked illegally. This policy is in place to ensure a safe campus for all students, staff, and community members. Any student who parks illegally or without permission from the administration (through the parking application process) runs the risk of having his/her car towed at the family’s expense. The expense for towing can be a significant cost. If you have any questions regarding the towing policy, please see your Assistant Principal for clarification.
Students who wish to park on campus on the first day of school can bring in their completed application, a copy of their driver's license (or if they do not have their license yet, your learners permit and temporary interim license), a copy of the vehicle registration for each vehicle they will be driving to Ms. Taft in room 104. If they are unable to come on the summer date for assigning, please have them come directly to Ms. Taft during passing time with their completed documents to receive their car tag.
If a student has to switch vehicles at the last minute, please have they take the car tag with them to the new car for that day and let Ms. Taft know so she can give a temporary parking permit for that day/time period. This could also come into play when a car goes into the shop.
If a student has a new vehicle, please bring a copy of the registration to Ms. Taft and we will update our records.
Below is the summer date for students to come and have their Parking Application processed.
•08/29/2025
*** Between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m.
If you have any questions, please reach out to the student's grade level administrator.
Throughout the year, the parking lot is patrolled for parking tags to ensure they are visible. No student should drive to school and park without being registered with Ms. Taft.
Parking Tags should be returned to Ms. Taft in room 104 upon graduation or exit from the district. Please help us keep this at no cost to students by doing the right thing and returning your tag!
